Was This Astral Projection?!?

A few weeks ago, I had a dream that I was shot and then my spirit left my body. I was looking down at my dead body, before going off and exploring places I've never seen before. I met other spirits too. I also tried to speak to my mum, but she couldn't hear me. By the end of the dream, I became increasingly scared that I was really dead, and then I suddenly went back into my body and I was smiling at myself in the mirror, before waking up. Then, last night, I had another dream where, this time, I traveled to another planet! I saw lots of wierd animals, and saw the Earth from a distance in space. Then, again I became scared that I was dead. I then went back to Earth and woke up. Was this astral projection? If so, were the spirits I saw actually spirits or just a figment of my imagination?
