Error on Podmaxx '09 software?

I installed the program and then activated via internet using the License ID and pword. When I try running the program, though, it says, "Application has generated an exception that cannot be handled," and it will not go any further. Then at the bottom of that box (which disappears on its own after a few seconds) it says I can either click okay to terminate application or click cancel to debug application. I clicked cancel and it came up with a small window that had a little yellow triangle with an exclamation point and two options that said retry or cancel. I clicked retry and it just shut the program down and quit trying. I don't know what to do now.
