I'm really upset that my girlfriend threw my mother's ring away. It meant a lot to me. Somebody help?

Why would she do this? She got ticked off that i wasnt responding to her text messages and calls, but my phone has been off for 3 days.. She sent me a nasty long facebook message saying she was breaking up with me because im a lying, cheating sbag. and i told her i never cheated on her and i never planed to cheat. But she still insist it's over. She cursed at me a lot. I gave her a cross necklace a while ago and she told me she cut it up and threw it in the trash can today. the cross was supposed to protect her when im not there. For her 19th birthday i gave her my mother's ring. I told her to take a care of it and dont lose it because it means lot to me. its very dear to my heart. My mother gave me a ring and she told me to give it to someone who is special and someone who is close to my heart. she took the ring and threw it in the dumpster today. All because i called this girl "princess". shes a close friend of mine. we alwayhs joke with each other like that. and because i wrote on my status "need a good woman. any takers. (CJB)" she really got mad when i said that. but its her initials. i was talking about her. she's the taker. Casey Jessica Baldwin thats my girlfriend.. man im really hurting. i loved this girl.
