Well, I've never had a "chubella" but I did once have a belly that measured 27 inches, which I thought was a little chubby. Sooo, I ditched all fast foods, and most sugars that I love! After doing that I got a belly that measures 23 inches. Now that my extra inches are gone I'm at the gym for nearly 3 hours each day. So maybe if you cut out lots of foods you love and go to the gym everyday then you should lose the gut.
