Ladybug infestation: how to get rid of them for good?

every spring and fall there are hundreds of thousands of these ******* disgusting ladybugs that just swarm everywhere. you cant go outside for 2 seconds without them in your face and swarming your hair and all over your arms and legs and clothes, no exaggeration. so if you dont want to be covered with them you have to run outside to the car and run inside the house and close the door.. to prevent adding any to the mive collection of them already in here, because you cant look anywhere without seeing a ******* ladybug. theres probably 600 just by the window right now.. and these do bite and i did some research and they are a japanese beetle that just looks like a ladybug. they also smell horrible and ruin a vacuum if you try to suck them up because it will make it stink so bad. can i get a pesticide or something to get rid of these mother ******* for good? they're driving me crazy. im in NY btw
