Did the U.S Intelligence tell Bush that WMD didn't exist in Iraq and he ignored it, or did they report wrongly

Practically everyone in the world thought he had the weapons. The UN, Europe our intelligence. He acted like he had them. In fact he used them on his own people. The Bush lied, people died mantra is perverted liberalism. These would be the people stepping on and over women and children to get into bomb shelters if we ever came under attack.
