Baliwag Transit bus station in Caloocan to Taft & Pedro Gil?

how can I get from the Baliwag Transit bus station in Caloocan Rizal ave. to Taft & Pedro Gil in Manila without riding LRT1 , is there another bus going that way or do I have to take a taxi? Anyone know how far that is and what to expect for travel time and how much the cost? Thanks
