Why do i constantly obsess about my man in prison?

i cant stop thinking of him i cant fall asleep without trazadone. i have bipolar disorder and take lamictal 200 mg.im just hoping he wont do the 5 years in prison.i have erflies in my stomach oll the time thinking of him. what can ido?? no rude responces this really hurts me..
