Anyone seen August undergrounds Mardum?

Ok so i'm really non-squeamish, i laughed through Hostel, Saw You name it and never has a movie made me almost throw up. I just thought it was dumb at the beginning, but there's a scene when someone s a dead baby covered in maggots, i literally almost through up, my stomach hurt and i got sick and had to turn it off. It's terrible, has anyone else seen it.
