Is he interested in me or just sees me as a friend?

We've been friends for months. He told me he loves chatting to me and calls me sweet girl. He also loves the music I introduce him to. I'm thinking of leaving for another country in a few weeks...emigration. Still he keeps chatting with me online & saying things like 'we have to have a dinner/movie/drink before you leave'. Also, 'we have to go on a short trip before you go'. He said 'Wy are you emigrating? I think you're running away from mundane things. If you think that's the right country for you, ok go, but otherwise, you're just running away'. Now we are planning a trip tomorrow, either one or two day. He called me about it last night and the sound of his voice made me realise I am attracted to him. We both admit that we don't really know each other well (ok, we've chatted but not really got together as a couple), yet still want to meet. He told me I've a soft heart. Do you think he's interested in me?
