Will the next President of the USA be the first not to send troops to drop bombs?

Actually the Korea and China 1950-1953 and the Congo in 1964 were not really the US sending troops as those were United Nations exrrcises/orders carried out by both the US and other UN countries. Bosnia in 1985, former Yugoslavia in 1999 were both done in conjunction with NATO, The rest were done and many were either because of the war in Vietnam (SEATO and various other countries involved there also or single strikes to take out a threat-I was in the 86 Libya thing and yes it served a purpose; Lebanon in 1983 and 84 was hardly unprovoked was it? The problem is that home affairs is a nice way of saying isolationalism and that is a road to diasaster in todays world. I dount if the next President will change things much because the politicall spectrum and parties are covered fairly well in the time line above-Democrats, Republicans, liberal and conservative-the use of force is some times justified and is in the best interest of home; or is that not simple enough. Isolationalism and worrying about nothing but home affairs worked real well in the 1920-1930's right up until Hitler vame to power and then the Japanese bombed Pearl harbor.
