Why is my wife being like this, ever since i got home from Iraq she has been clingy and just....?

Ever since i got home from Iraq my wife has been so clingy and needy. We have three sons a one year old a two year old and a 4 year old. My 4 year old has been ecstatic to have me back while the other two are just distant and that's kind of depressing to be honest. Well my wife has been putting our son's to bed early ever since i got home and she just is different never seen her so forthright with wanting/initiating . And she has been so not sure just never seen her like this and i don't understand it. Maybe its me adjusting back to normal life whatever that is. I tried talking to my wife tonight and she made me feel guilty saying if i didn't want her i should of just said so and that she has been without me for 6months and that she has missed me so much and just needs me. And then later she told me that she was sorry and that she knows i am having a rough time adjusting because i watched my best friend get killed over there and stuff. Not sure what to do with her or how to act around her. Advice?
