What interesting things can my girlfriend and I do in Monterey, California towards the end of March?

The woman of my dreams is coming to visit me in beautiful Monterey, California towards the end of March. I plan on doing a little hiking in Big Sur, possibly biking 17 mile drive, and walking fisherman's wharf. I'm taking the aquarium out of the picture...been there, done that. I want the weekend to be perfect for her, and I'd love to blow her away with thoughtfulness and excitement. I would love any ideas for things to do. Thank you so very much for any help! ;)
