Whats the title of this late 90's teen thriller?

Sarah Chalke played the lead role in this one she plays a smart California teen who moves with her mother to a small quaint New England town and it just so happens that she has the same name as this witch who they killed 300 years earlier and they believe that she is the witch reincarnated to seek revenge. I cannot for the life of me remember the title!
