What would you do in my situation?

Okay. My situation is complicated. I am 22 yrs old and I have a 13 month old son. I am happily married to my husband who I have been with for the last 7 years. He was illegally in the US and now he went back to Mexico to have his interview to get a green card in April and they won't let him back until 2012. So, I am in nursing school, working at a hospital part time and raising our son on my own. I have been in college for 5 years now. I graduate next August with my LPN and then the following may (2011) with my RN. I just went to see my husband this August. I had unprotected nearly everyday from August 4th-August 13th. My cycle is irregular and I started micronor a couple days before I left, however, I am no longer feeding and I had previously stopped taking micronor in April when my husband left. I do have bleeding right now but it is nearly gone and was only here for like 2-3 days. I need advice. I live in MN and my husband is in Mexico. What would you suggest I do in the best interest of our son and my school and our family with our situation as is? How about if I am pregnant?
