Someone please answer my question cause im vey worried!!?

After i have my period i usually get really bad cramps and i feel awful and i discharge heavily but this time it hasn't gone away. I feel so weak after my period and its been 3 weeks nothing has changed i feel awful and i haven't quit discharging, i don't think i'm pregnant because me and my boyfriend use a condom every time ( there has been a few times where we just do it for like two seconds without) but it has been a while. Plus we check it every time. Can someone one tell me what is wrong with me? I think i could possibly be anemic i bruise very easily and it takes my cuts and bruises very long to heal and i have bad scars. But if that's the case would i feel like this everyday?
