FIAT worldwide own or have major shareholdings in Ferrari and a few other car /m.cycle cos. which ones?

Ferrari is a wholly owed subsidy? Other cos. are managed or do they hold a major share?I also need to know which web sites have info on Fiat holdins in auto related cos HELP ...a die hard fan !!!!!!
