Why did they make the word "dyslexia" so darn hard to read?

Lol, yeah. Or why is 'stutter' such a hard word not to stutter? And why does 'lisp' need to be so hard for someone with a lisp to pronounce? My favorite one, though: hippopotomonstrosesquipedaliophobia is a fear of long words... (although that's really just an exaggerated form of the original word, sesquipedaliophobia, but still...).
