Please help wit this serious question?

i just attended a pre thanksgiving dinner at a local church/mission that feeds the hungry,homeless, ect...there are alot of addicts and alcoholics there which i thank GOD i am not.there was this hispanic guy who appeared to be drunk sitting behind me.he kept on yelling and being very,very loud for no reason.tye guy sitting next to him asked him to stop and this hisp.guy said why does it bother you and the other guy just turned around.they had a small church service (which i am not religious but i do respect other people rights)then they served the food.we all were seated in benches and after one guy(blk.)finished eating he asked this young teenage blond girl if he could have seconds she said yes.(they just asked someone maybe 2 min.before and she,older female told him they would have to wait until everyone is served)then the drunk hisp. guy behind me said he wanted seconds as he started to hand her his tray i reached behind me to get it so they would not be reaching over me all in the while this girl is standing in front of me while i am trying to eat i hand her the tray then he hands her something else and she reaches for it what does all of this mean
