My team is struggling- how can i improve this team?

You need to deal one of your aces to get a good outfielder. Maybe you can try trading Verlander for Matt Holliday. I would also cut Joe Crede, he has been awful and pick up another third baseman or trade for one. Also you have to be careful woth Soria, Dotel is coming back soon so he could lose his job.
