I enlisted us army mos 21b combat engineer explain to me please?

i am a combat engineer leaving in like 7 days for bct i want to know how dangerous this job really is what i would do if deployed i wanna hear peoples experience as a combat engineer and meeting them. what do i do at training? what do i do if deployed? what do i do if i stay on basw? where i can be stationed for my duty station? and anything else you wanna add
