3M Dust Remover taste?

I sprayed some 3M dust remover on the computer in our room and it made everything bitter!! The bitter taste is suppossed to discourage inhalant abuse but how long will it stay bitter? My 13 month old daughter crawls around on the floor in our room and picks up things with her fingers, mouth etc. and i know the bitterness is on the floor and everywhere!! Its like everything we touch turns bitter at one point and i'm worried if it'll cause any health problems for my little girl? I dont know what to do to get rid of the bitter unless i flood the whole house out..am i getting worried for no reason?
